PLANNING BOARD

Please take notice that the Planning Board of the City of Aliquippa will meet on February 12, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Aliquippa City Building, 581 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, Pa. 15001 to consider the request submitted by the Aliquippa School District located at 100 Harding Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001 Tax Parcel No. 08-032-0106.00Z for a land development plan for a new Field House.  Full application is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Aliquippa City Building. All interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to be heard prior to final deliberation by the Planning Commission.

LEGAL NOTICE

This is to advise the residents of the City of Aliquippa that per Resolution 6 of 2024, adopted on October 30, 2024, garbage fees have increased to $72.00 per quarter beginning January 1, 2025, in order to accommodate the rising rate of collection and disposal of garbage services through our contract with Waste Management. Senior citizens over the age of 65 will continue to receive a $4.00 discount per quarter and will be charged $68.00 per quarter. A copy of said resolution will be on our city website www.aliquippapa.gov.
