NOTICE

Please take notice that the Zoning Hearing Board of the City of Aliquippa will conduct a public hearing on 3/3/2025 at 6:30 PM at the Aliquippa City Building, 581 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001 on request submitted by Northbrook Properties, Inc. for property situated at 401 Steel Street, Aliquippa Tax Parcel No. 08-005-0101.017 for a variance for height requirements on an accessory structure.

The subject application is not in conformance with the Aliquippa Zoning Ordinance No.  1 of 2021, Article III, Section 313.  Pertaining to Accessory structure maximum height requirements from 24 Ft to 50 FT in I – Industrial Zoning District.  The full application is available for the public inspection during normal business hours at the Aliquippa City Building. All interested parties will be afforded the opportunity to be herd prior to the final deliberation by the Aliquippa Zoning Board.
