Becoming an Aliquippa Resident?

Here is a community checklist that needs completed in order to become an official resident.

1. We require an occupancy inspection and permit, (this is usually handled by your Realtor or closing company prior to purchasing a home) you can download a copy of the occupancy application from our website, www.aliquippapa.gov and mail $50.00 fee to : The City of Aliquippa, 581 Franklin Ave. Aliquippa, PA 15001
2. You need to sign up for water/sewer and garbage at the Municipal Water Authority of Aliquippa. They can be reached at 724-375-5525. The MWAA website is www.aliquippawater.com
3. We recycle in Aliquippa! We can provide you with a red 30 gallon recycling can for a fee of $14.00. Make your check payable to The City of Aliquippa, send to 581 Franklin Ave, Aliquippa, PA 15001 and our Street dept. will deliver it to you. We pick up recyclables every other week, our recycling calendar is on our website, www.aliquippapa.gov.
4. If you have children, you can register them for school at the Aliquippa School District, located at 800 21^st Street, Aliquippa, PA 15001. They can be contacted at 724-857-7500. Web site www.quipsd.org
