NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Aliquippa, Beaver County, Pennsylvania intends to pass Ordinance 3 of 2024 on September 25, 2024 at 7:00 pm at a public council meeting at 581 Franklin Ave., Aliquippa, PA 15001.

Ordinance 3 of 2024, is as follows:

An Ordinance of the City of Aliquippa, amending Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance 1of 2021, Section 316, Table 10: Table of authorized principal uses, to add funeral home as a permitted use by right in the MU Mixed Use District.

The ordinance is available for public inspection between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm at 581 Franklin Avenue, Aliquippa, PA 15001.
