  1. Summary/overview of the budget meeting on May 20, 2020.

 

  1. Motion to approve the opportunity zone resolution.

 

  1. Motion to approve the purchase of tax parcels 08-022-0314.00 & 08-022-0315.000 by Michael & Stacey Henry located at 638 & 642 Franklin Ave. from the Beaver County Repository of Unsold Properties authorizing the appropriate official to execute the consent agreement of Resolution No. 7 of 2018 and exonerating taxes due and owing for the City purposes, of properties held in repository of the Beaver County Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for all years preceding the year 2016, delinquent property taxes. All current taxes for the year 2016, 2017 and each subsequent year thereafter shall be due and owing to the City of Aliquippa.

 

 

  1. Motion to approve the purchase of tax parcel 08-012-0519.000 by Carley Hayes located at 613 Highland Ave. from the Beaver County Repository of Unsold Properties authorizing the appropriate official to execute the consent agreement of Resolution No. 7 of 2018 and exonerating taxes due and owing for the City purposes, of properties held in repository of the Beaver County Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for all years preceding the year 2016, delinquent property taxes. All current taxes for the year 2016, 2017 and each subsequent year thereafter shall be due and owing to the City of Aliquippa.

 

 

  1. Discussion regarding the support letter for Scenic Pittsburgh in their pursuit of funding for the creation of the Aliquippa/Franklin Avenue Revitalization Plan.
